This is a report on the repair status of leaks. The first circled part reads "ceiling tiles above big broken thing." Yup. One of them big broken things. Better go to the big broken thing repair store.

The second circled item is "secure rages." Rages? I guess they just get really mad and stop the leak with their anger. Also, I'm not sure of the tense. Parts of the report have secured, other parts have secure. We will never really know.
